Rock n’ Roll Camp for Girls Los Angeles is a social justice non-profit dedicated to empowering girls and gender-expansive youth through music.
We’ve had to cancel this year’s in-person camp sessions because of COVID-19.
We’re now transitioning to an online summer camp experience called ROCK CAMP EXPRESS (RCX), and we hope you will join us!
We’re committed to providing a safe and supportive space for girls and gender-expansive youth – even if it’s online!
There are 4 programs to choose from over the course of 3 weeks.

Summer Camp 2011 Update
Summer camp enrollment is full! However, we strongly encourage you to submit an application if you’d like to be placed on the wait-list, as spots may open up. Due to the high level of interest we’ve received, we hope to offer more than 1 session in 2012. Please send an email to becky@rockcampforgirlsla.org if you have any questions. About Summer Camp & Ladies Rock Camp:
At Summer Camp, girls ages 8-17 crank it up and kick out the jams for one week full of musical creation and inspiration. Guided by adult female mentors, girls form bands, learn to play an instrument, write an original song, and perform live at a music venue in L.A. Guest artists perform at lunch time every day, and workshops include screenprinting, songwriting, self-defense and more. Campers do not need prior musical experience to attend, and instruments will be provided. We offer scholarships to those with financial need in order to keep the program accessible by all girls.
