About Summer Camp & Ladies Rock Camp:
At Summer Camp, girls ages 8-17 crank it up and kick out the jams for one week full of musical creation and inspiration. Guided by adult female mentors, girls form bands, learn to play an instrument, write an original song, and perform live at a music venue in L.A. Guest artists perform at lunch time every day, and workshops include screenprinting, songwriting, self-defense and more. Campers do not need prior musical experience to attend, and instruments will be provided. We offer scholarships to those with financial need in order to keep the program accessible by all girls.
Now women 21+ can experience the same program we offer girls during our Ladies Rock Camp fundraiser! It’s a fun and music-filled weekend rocking out with other awesome women. No musical experience necessary. Learn bass, guitar, drums, keyboards, or vocals for the first time or brush up on your skills with the help of our all-female instructors. Form a band with other women and perform live! The best part? Tuition goes to providing financial aid to girls that can’t afford to attend summer camp! Radical.
